Job Title:                      Electrical Supervisor

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

The Industrial Services Division of Enva provide high end environmental/engineering solutions involving directly employed engineers, technicians and operators, large amount of bespoke and complex equipment and innovative and dynamic processes, incorporating our Chemical, Mechanical and Practical experience and expertise.  


We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor with a trade background to join our growing team to manage subcontractors, feed into Electrical design and offer practical solutions to internal design processes,

This role would suit someone with a background in industrial Electrical installations looking for the next step in their career, that will develop a broad set of skills.

 

Safety Compliance:

·        Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

·        Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and audits to promote a culture of safety among the electrical team.

 

Team Leadership:

·        Lead and manage a team of subcontractors (electricians and technicians), providing guidance, support, and supervision.

·        Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

 

 

 

Project Planning and Coordination:

·        Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of electrical projects.

·        Collaborate with project managers and other departments to plan and execute electrical installations and maintenance activities.

 

Quality Assurance:           

·        Enforce adherence to quality standards and regulations in all electrical work.

·        Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest level of workmanship and compliance with specifications.

 

Budget Management:

·        Assist in the development of project budgets and manage expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

·        Monitor and control expenses related to electrical projects, ensuring financial targets are met.

 

Documentation and Reporting:

·        Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including project documentation, permits, and compliance reports.

·        Generate regular progress reports and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant Electrical qualification

  • Appetite to take ownership

  • Strong practical and energetic approach to every task

  • Excellent communication skill, verbal and written

  • Experience with Pumps, VSDs, instrumentation

  • Full Clean drivers licence
